Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Architecture Intelligence Society platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Membership

Membership to the Architecture Intelligence Society is by application only. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable and is granted to individuals, not organizations.

Founding Members receive special pricing that is locked for the duration of their active membership. If membership lapses, re-enrollment will be at current market rates.

3. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your membership.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Society remain the intellectual property of Architecture Intelligence Society or its licensors. Members may use these materials for personal and professional development but may not redistribute, resell, or share them outside the Society without explicit written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to maintain professional conduct in all Society interactions. We reserve the right to terminate membership for any member who violates our community guidelines, engages in harassment, or otherwise disrupts the Society environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Architecture Intelligence Society provides educational and community resources “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions, implementations, or outcomes resulting from the use of our materials or advice.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
